Impressions Kits

If you order before 11:30am Monday  to Thursday (excluding bank/public holidays) then your impression kit should be with you on the next working day.

If you order after 11:30am on a Thursday your order may not arrive until after the following Monday due to the weekend. If you order after 11:30am on a Friday your order may not arrive until after the following Tuesday due to the weekend.

We send our impression kits by ROYAL MAIL 48 hour delivery or DPD on a next day delivery service if your address is in the United Kingdom.  

If you are not in for the delivery ROYAL MAIL will leave a calling card. You will need to contact ROYAL MAIL DIRECTLY ONLINE or visit your local sorting office, this information will be on the calling card left for you. You will be able to either collect the parcel in person or arrange a re delivery directly with ROYAL MAIL.

If you are in Europe or the rest of the world we charge extra for delivery. You can call/message or email us, and we can send you a list of quotes for express delivery so you can choose, or please continue to checkout to proceed with the standard delivery.

As at 19th March 2021, the cost of standard European delivery is £14.99 and will take 5 to 7 working days (Royal Mail signed for international service).

Standard Rest of the World delivery is £19.99 and will take 7 to 10 working days (Royal Mail signed for international service).

Finished Product

Your finished product will be sent to you via ROYAL MAIL 24 OR 48 HOUR  service free of charge. This is a 1-3 day delivery service.

For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom delivery of the product will also be free. If you require an express delivery this will be a further charge. Please contact us directly by phone, text or email and we can send you a list of quotes to choose from. All custom/import/export charges are your sole responsibility.

Returns Information

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR OPENED OR USED IMPRESSION KITS, OR FOR THE VENEERS AS THESE ARE A BESPOKE HANDMADE COSMETIC PRODUCT.

For returns, alterations or under your warranty, it is your responsibility to pay the postage when sending the product back to us.

If you are returning your impressions kit unused for a refund, you must inform us that you are cancelling the contract within 14 days from receipt of the product, and then return the kit to us within 14 days thereafter.  We would strongly advise that you return the kit using Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service*.  The kit must be intact and unused.  If the kit is damaged or used in any way, you will not be entitled to a refund.

When returning your impression kit, we would strongly advise that you use Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service and obtain a receipt*.  We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products returned to us.  YOU MUST return the kit with the returns information sent to you with the kit in the first instance – failure to do may mean our not being able to ascertain the owner of the kit.

When returning products for alteration or to be fixed under your 12 month warranty, we would strongly advise that you use Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service* and obtain a receipt.  We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products returned to us.  YOU MUST return the product with the returns information sent to you with the kit in the first instance – failure to do may mean our not being able to ascertain the owner of the product.

In all cases of return, you are responsible for paying for the postage to return the kit or product to us. However, once the repair or alteration has been completed we will pay the postage for re-delivery of the product to you.

*All and any returns sent to us should be by Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service. This is because we have experienced difficulties in the past when customers have used any other delivery/courier service. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery that is not actually returned to us, or for any items lost or damaged in transit.
