Impressions

When you get your Impressions Kit please ensure you read ALL instructions carefully and watch the ‘How to Take Impressions’ video.

Take an impression of your teeth using the putty provided.

03. Return Your
Impressions

Pack your Impressions Kit and Info Form safely, and return to us.

Please send the package ONLY via Royal Mail Signed For, Tracked or Next Day Delivery.

Please ensure you keep your receipt.

Complete The Info Form

The form will allow us to process your order quickly and without any errors.

You MUST send the info form back to us when you return your impressions.

WHEN YOU RETURN YOUR IMPRESSIONS

We will make sure you are always kept up to date with the status of your order and when you can expect to receive your brand new, bespoke Clip In Veneers from our lab.

Impressions Received

We review all the information provided by you and get ready to send your impressions to the lab 24 hours after we have received it back (working days onlys NOT WEEKENDS).

Your Clip In Veneers will be despatched approx. 7-10 working days from this point.

FAST TRACK ORDERS will be dispatched approx. 2-3 workings days from this point.

Please allow an EXTRA 1-3 working days for delivery via Royal Mail once the product leaves our lab.

We Send Confirmation Text

After we receive your impressions we will send out a confirmation text within 24 hours to the mobile number on your account.

The text will also confirm an approx. delivery date for your Clip In Veneers.

Sending To The Lab

Our lab will process your impressions and create your brand new, bespoke Clip In Veneers.

Clip In Veneers are sent back to you via Royal Mail.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR CLIP IN VENEERS

Aftercare is vital to ensure your Clip In Veneers are correct and that you take the appropriate measures to fit them in.

Aftercare

When you get your new Clip In Veneers please ensure you read the aftercare sheet sent with them.

Alterations

It’s perfectly normal to require a few minor alterations when you first receive your Clip In Veneers. We offer a free 30 day manufacturers warranty for any alterations required.
